Thanks for all this information, Pat, and for mentioning the upcoming 11/12 IABC Cleveland event in Fairlawn.

  2. Sherri Henkin on

I attended Beachwood’s Home Office Link (HOL) today, 11/10. Phil Setnik (psconsultinggroup.com) de-mystified technology and provided great information and guidelines about storage, tools (from phones to netbooks), back-ups, and firewalls. Wonderful presentation with useful information for the home office and small business. HOL meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce office.
